Description(2S,4S)-4,5-dihydroxynorvaline belongs to the class of organic compounds known as l-alpha-amino acids. These are alpha amino acids which have the L-configuration of the alpha-carbon atom. (2s,4s)-2-amino-4,5-dihydroxypentanoic acid is found in Lunaria annua. Based on a literature review very few articles have been published on (2S,4S)-4,5-dihydroxynorvaline.
