DescriptionScutigeral belongs to the class of organic compounds known as sesquiterpenoids. These are terpenes with three consecutive isoprene units. 1-formyl-3-hydroxy-neogrifolin is found in Albatrellus ovinus. It was first documented in 2000 (PMID: 11413487). Based on a literature review a small amount of articles have been published on Scutigeral (PMID: 16902246) (PMID: 17374880) (PMID: 20044567) (PMID: 11909630).
